Two Programs

Faithe offers two programs to help you achieve your goals, whether you are looking to dip your foot into the water or go deeper.  Each program is customized to your personality and goals.

Each program comes with a free introductory session.  This is where Faithe will learn more about you and how to customize your program.  She'll also answer any questions you have about mindfulness, her background and more.  Sessions are done over Zoom and are private, confidential and never recorded.  If you are not comfortable with Zoom, talk to Faithe about other options.

10-in-10

This program has been developed for a novice meditator, or a first-time self-explorer. Perhaps you think mindfulness or keeping a gratitude journal are just today’s “buzzwords,” another fad – but you know that you want to feel better and reduce the stress and distractions in your mind. You want a life with more steadiness, happiness, and awareness.

Yes! In just 10 minutes/day for 10 consecutive days, you will notice more positivity and energy in your life by practicing mindfulness. Scientific evidence reveals that just 10 minutes of mindfulness practice over 10 consecutive days expands awareness and re-wires the brain for more spaciousness and positivity.

Total Cost: $395

Features:

  • 10 consecutive days of personal guided mindfulness meditation.

  • Followed by 10-15 minutes discussing your experience, investigating how you feel, and your awareness of presence.

  • After each session, I will be your partner for keeping a daily Gratitude Journal.

  • Plus! At the program’s end, you’ll receive a printed record of your Gratitude Journal for further reflection.

Anytime

These sessions have been developed for those who have previously experienced some form of a meditation practice.  The bundles provide deeper insight for your meditation experience and include both the body scan practice and the Self-Compassion practice from the seminal Self-Compassion researcher, Kristen Neff, and her book, Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself.

 

By learning how to quiet the mind, we can become aware of what is happening inside our body. This mindful, embodied, heartful experience is that of being in the moment, being present, without judgment. This practice provides more spaciousness to allow us to make conscious choices, and wiser decisions.

6 Sessions: $450

10 Sessions: $690 during Covid (regularly $750)
